microRNA (MiRna) microarray system This system is an essential experimental platform to investigate miRNA expression at a genome-wide scale. The probe set is designed based on the Sanger miRBase Sequence Database, Release 9.0 (October 2006). It contains 1,140 different 34-44 nt long oligonucleotides. They are complementary to C. elegans, Drosophila, zebrafish, mouse, rat, and human miRNAs, and also include a 28S rRNA probe, a human U6 snRNA probe, 10 human snoRNA probes, and 76 mismatch probes.  Dr. Yan Zeng; zengx033@umn.edu
